    • Coordinate with faculty to ensure attendance is marked and uploaded.
    • Management of the Academic year calendar.

    • Ensure provision of appropriate support to optimize the quality of student learning experience, to participate in and oversee preparation, setting, correction, assessment, and ensure prompt provision of appropriate feedback to students.

  • Examination Related:

    • Liaison with JAGSoM faculty regarding the timely delivery of examination papers across all programs.
    • Ensure all examination materials are available for conducting the exam.
    • Upon the completion of an examination, check all scripts have been received correctly, and liaise with JAGSoM faculty on any queries or missing items.
    • Distribution of the answer scripts to faculty members for marking when applicable
    • Assist with data entry and mark checking after scripts have been scored, and where necessary, liaising with the IT department on any technical issues.
    • Ensure examination transcripts are distributed to students in a timely manner.
    • Assist with documentation and information related to examination disciplinary hearings if conducted.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of prior experience in similar roles from organizations of repute.

Job Description :

The ideal Research Associate would be an active young researcher who is open to learning and is ready to work with PGDM/BBA students & Faculty members to engage in active research, in order to convert student research projects into quality research papers that are publishable in ABDC category journals.

Additionally, he/she will be expected to work with faculty members on funded projects, corporate projects, and patents within a structured time frame in a systematic and transparent fashion.

The Research Associate will also have to assist the Research Resource Centre in organising Conferences and in various administrative tasks.

We’re looking for a seasoned admissions manager, in the field of undergraduate law, selling a program like BBA-LLB.
This manager will be responsible for carrying the admissions target of two universities: IFIM Law School, Bangalore and Vijaybhoomi University, Mumbai. This position works very closely with the Director - Admissions & Student Services to meet the assigned targets of both universities, and has potential for growth.

Roles and responsibilities :

  • Design the admission process in an optimal manner
    • Work with the university administrators in developing strategy for admission criteria, tests, and policies.
